Job Overview
This position will enhance our agency's digital marketing capabilities by strategically managing and optimizing paid social media and Google advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This position is essential in driving the success of our client's marketing efforts by supplementing our robust organic SEO strategies with targeted paid media campaigns.
Responsibilities
(Include but are not limited to the following.)
- As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance channel management across paid digital media channels (PPC and paid social)
- Working closely with our clients and internal teams, you will help lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media and oversee everything from campaign setups to execution and reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets to improve budget efficiency, maximize ROI, and achieve company objectives
- Implement budget tracking and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies
- Conduct thorough competitive research of products, markets, services, and current competitor strategies with media buying team
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute organic social media strategies that complement and enhance paid media campaigns.
- Support the growth of client accounts by implementing organic social media tactics when needed, while primarily focusing on optimizing paid media performance.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to optimize campaign performance, enhance targeting, and drive innovation in paid media strategies.
- Any other tasks necessary to achieve individual and/or organizational success or as directed

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with organic social media management to complement paid media efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of managing over $150k in ad budgets.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including PPC, paid social, and organic social media management to supplement paid efforts.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and techniques for optimizing campaign performance and enhancing audience targeting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data analysis.
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, and maximizing ROI.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of project management and communication tools, such as Asana, Slack, HubSpot, and G Suite, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to change.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures while proactively suggesting improvements to internal workflows and client marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to be client-facing, handle tough conversations, and maintain a positive impact on all projects and client relationships.

Our position is a hybrid role, requiring us to come into our office three times each week. Our office is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a salaried position with benefits such as PTO and Health Insurance (immediately) and 401k (after 1 year).
MMM Digital Marketing Specialist is a new role, for the candidate that spearheads the development of our paid media and social media department, hitting company milestones and goals will be rewarded with additional compensation via commissions.
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $63,000, commensurate with experience.
